Our vision is to build an interactive gaming ecosystem that fosters community engagement and a shared passion for the world of Xscape. By sticking to our vision, we believe that Xscape will become one of the prominent blockchain-based gaming projects on the XRPL and the entire crypto-space, as the XRPL grows. High-quality art, a very strong community, and long-term use-case for every single NFT will give Xscape the edge over all other gaming-based blockchain projects.

We also love to hold regular events for the Xscape community, many of which can be participated in through our Official Discord Server (The Tavern). Many of these events are completely community initiated and run, we love to support any community initiative that creates a positive experience for community members to participate in.

The core Xscape community and mod team have been incredible throughout this entire journey, and we are so thankful for all the time and love each and every one of them put into the Xscape project on a daily basis.

Xscape Legacy is revolutionizing blockchain-based gaming experiences by maximizing the potential of NFTokens while ensuring a fair and equitable playing environment. With a focus on enhancing the player experience without creating barriers to entry, the game utilizes innovative XRPL NFToken mechanisms in creative ways.

Set in the world of Xscape, Legacy offers a captivating gaming experience that involves strategic decision-making and collaborative gameplay. Drawing on beloved mechanics from popular MMORPGs, Legacy offers both blockchain (XRPL) and non-integrated gameplay options.

Legacy will be akin to many of the timeless MMORPGs released over the last two decades. Combining elements such as; questing, dungeons, cooperative gameplay, social hubs and gear drops. The lore found within Xscape has been crafted alongside the community over the last 1.5 years, with many core community members being cemented into the universe as characters within the Xscape lore. The story behind everything found within Legacy is very important to us, and we strive to give every detail in the game deep meaning. The playable zones and classes will be based off the already established lore, that can also be found throughout the metadata and themes of our NFT collections.

NFT integration will be the core blockchain-based aspect of Legacy, giving players the opportunity to own NFTs representative of various weapons, armour, abilities, and skins in the game.

The XRPL is such an exciting blockchain for gaming-related use-case, due to its speed, low-cost, carbon neutrality, and potential future regulatory clarity. These are some of the reasons that we cannot wait to launch Legacy utilizing the functionality of the XRPL for the blockchain integrated aspect of the game.

We will also work hard to progress the growth of all gaming-related content on the XRPL as we believe that in order for the ecosystem to grow, there needs to be many different successful projects/platforms, all contributing to an overall increase in quality and enjoyment of gaming on the XRPL. We can't wait to see all the amazing and unique games going to be released on ForgeX in the future, gaming on the XRPL has a very bright future.

We will be using NFTs on the XRPL for the tokenization of various aspects of Legacy, including non-transferable NFTs for high-tier gear, and burnable NFTs for subscription passes.

Daniel

My name is Daniel also known as Madfly and I've been building Xscape since I was 16 years old. I have been interested and active in the NFT space since 2019, but only started building Xscape with my Co-Founder Shen at the end of 2021. I love working on this project because it is ultimately my life's work and I'm extremely passionate to provide a project that XRPL enthusiasts can be genuinely proud of. My goal with Xscape is to give our community an unforgettable experience unlike any other, something that I cannot express in words. Not only am I focused on benefitting others directly, but I want all community members to become the best versions of themselves.

Most of my professional work experience is in Accounting, specifically with manipulating and processing subsets of data. I made the decision to leave my 9-5 job, in order to focus solely on this project's authentic experience and demonstrate my commitment to my passion. I am also a Founder of StaykX, and the Gaming Alliance which both contribute to the Xscape experience I am building.

Specializing in strategy, growth and marketing, I have a strong network across the XRPL; and I love speaking with other projects to share my knowledge, as well as advising where I can. I also use these opportunities as chances to learn from other builders on the XRPL.
I'm very passionate about the use of blockchain technology and AI within gaming, and aim to help grow these aspects of the gaming industry.

I have been building on the XRPL since mid 2022 full-time, and I am committed to continuing to spend as much time as I can building and creating unique experiences and opportunities for the XRPL community as well as demonstrating the benefits of the ecosystem to the greater blockchain community.

Steve has worked in the Information Technology sector for 14 years, supporting clients, software, computer and network hardware. He loves to tinker, create and problem solve. With a passion for gaming, programming, and NFTs.

He is also the founder of XRPL project, as well as which has now launched on the XRPL. The Shillverse is an NFT based gaming experience that allows players to improve and change the stats/metadata on their NFTs, through training, exploring and fighting. He is also one of the developers of StaykX, where he uses his full-stack development skills to help integrate the front and back end of the platform.
